Working in the police force as a gang detective, a training officer, and a beat cop, Joe Grasso has had experience handling numerous violent encounters.  We teach the practical aspects of self-defense and what really works out on the street based on these encounters. 

We don't teach those beautiful arts moves that you learn in a martial arts class, but we do teach you the easy to learn practical self defense techniques that can keep you alive should you encounter a violent situation out on the street.
