Our wedding shape-up package gives married couples-to-be and their families and friends incredible versatility to pick the package of visits that suits their personal needs.

Save $200 off any already incredibly low-priced 100 Visit or more training package. Use them yourself or share your visits with Parents, Bride’s Maids, Best Men, or anyone else you choose.

You may share each package with up to 20 family and friends members!

With a program designed by Renowned Trainer Joe Grasso, a certified personal fitness instructor AND a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, your results come incredibly fast. Joe’s 40+ years experience and his advanced training techniques made OnFitness Magazine, an International Publication, rate his training facility #1 in the USA in 2004.

We recommend 3 visits a week – each visit lasts only one hour total (although your first visit takes 1 ½ hours due to body testing & fat measurements ***DON’T WORRY – WE MELT THE FAT AWAY QUICKLY)
